We offer Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, small plates, salads and artisanal gelato. We source our fresh ingredients locally from farms based in and around Durham and import our flour, olive oil and tomatoes from Naples, Italy. Our artisanal gelato is made in house from scratch using local dairy, organic cane sugar and all natural ingredients.

We started our journey in the hospitality industry about 10 years ago when we opened our first restaurant in West Africa after traveling through the region on motorcycles.
We learned so much from that experience and when we came back home in 2012, we decided to start a Neapolitan pizza food truck with a wood-fired oven in the truck. The reception from the local community was amazing.
Since then, we have been lucky to explore our new passion, gelato by opening a cafe and gelateria in downtown Carrboro. Our goal was to make the best gelato we could from scratch using local milk, cream, eggs and pure natural ingredients for all of our flavors.
We are excited to be a part of such a great project and group of chefs / vendors and share our Neapolitan pizza and artisanal gelato at the Durham Food Hall.
